Experienced Practice Nurse required for an established family general practice in the Glenelg area.
The position is for a Registered Nurse to work as part of a team and autonomously. Working 9 days per fortnight. No after hours or weekend work.
Essential requirements for the role include:

Minimum 2 years experience in a general practice environment.

APHRA registration and required CPD points.

Excellent communication/time management/multi-tasking skills.

Triage

Experience with immunisations, ECG's, wound management.

Computer skills with medical software
Desirable requirements for the role include:

Experience working with people with chronic illnesses.

Experience in care planning, health assessments and recall

Accredited Immunisation Certificate
