We are currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager for an exciting new business opportunity.
Your Employer
A newly established specialist Gynaecology practice in the Mandurah area seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Practice Manager to grow and guide the direction of the business into the future.
The Role
As the Practice Manager you will take responsibility for the set-up, coordination and management of important day to day operational functions including booking theatre, making appointments, preparation of billings and the ongoing development and growth of the business.
This is a full time position with an expected start of early September 2018 when the practice officially opens and managing all front of house duties in the initial start-up stages.
Selection Criteria
You will have previous experience as a practice manager and hold a relevant business qualification. Other essential requirements include:
• Previous experience of managing a specialist medical practice
• Strong computer skills (Including Microsoft Office Suite and Genie software)
• A high level of productivity and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• A genuine empathy for patients and a commitment to supporting the practice to provide superior customer service and a high standard of care
• Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to commit to other hours as required.
