Our client a specialist within multicultural aged and disability services, and are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager with to manage a team through a significant period of change.
The Service Manager will lead, support and manage the homecare services, ensuring that the day to day management of the program operates efficiently and cost effectively. A core component of the role is to collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and improvement processes for all programs and services, and manage operational support systems that build efficiencies and contribute to growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the customer experience delivery
• Formulating business planning and growth strategies
• Maintain and support relationships and local networks
• Champion the consumer-directed care model and Home care team
To be eligible you will need the following:
• Degree qualified in relevant Nursing, business or allied health
• Strong financial acumen and reporting capabilities within a service delivery framework
• Demonstrated business management within the community setting
• Strong Aged or Disability experience
