Doctors at Northgate is a new clinic that is located in Northgate.  We are looking for an experienced nurse to lead in supporting our General Practitioner's in providing positive patient outcomes to our clients. 

Skills:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice ensuring knowledge in Care Plans, DVA, Immunisation and recalls. Our company philosophy is about building teams and ensuring role clarity for efficient processes, if you are a team player we are very happy to hear from you. We will be utilising an electronic patient management for clinical documentation and assessment together with a quality management system for feedback, auditing, improvement and compliance. 

Requirements:

* Knowledge of General Practice Standards (RACGP)

* Knowledge and understanding of care planning 

* AHPRA registration

* Understanding of Patient Management Systems and computer skills

* High level of professionalism, autonomy, emotional intelligence and tenacity.

* Able to work as a team member.

Currently looking for Part-Time with ability to go Full-Time once the clinic progresses with clients and more services.
