Night Doctor is an After-Hours Home Visit Doctor Service with a focus on providing exceptional care to our patients. We are dedicated to advancing healthcare and patient outcomes with the use of innovative systems and emerging technologies. We are widely regarded as the highest quality home visit service in the Perth Metropolitan area.

We are looking for a full time Operations Manager to work with existing management and help lead our energetic team. The position can provide future career development opportunities in our rapidly expanding company.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Control and manage general operation within the company.

  2. Set and enforce company policies, staff policies and service standards throughout the companies operations.

  3. Establish and direct operational and administrative standard procedures.

  4. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and performance of all staff and Doctors.

  5. Create and maintain weekly roster for all staff and Doctors.

  6. Manage ordering and replenishment of stock and equipment.

  7. Manage general maintenance of the office, vehicles and equipment.

  8. Set and maintain a high standard of internal communication throughout the company.

  9. Manage the promotion and marketing activities for the company.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

  1. Minimum of 2 years senior management experience.

  2. High level of experience and skill in using business software across various platforms.

  3. Exceptional communication skills.

  4. Ability to supervise operations throughout the company.

  5. Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.

  6. Passionate about customer service with the ability to enhance the public profile of the brand.

  7. Strong leadership skills and an ability to create and maintain a culture of service excellence throughout the company.

  8. Understand financials, manage costs and strategically assess the business on an ongoing basis.

Hours of work:

As we are only open in the after hours period some work outside of regular business hours is required. However the role is not exclusively after hours. Usual hours of work are 12:00-8:30pm monday to friday, with a 30 min meal break. Occasional work later in weeknights or on weekends is required. 

Should your application be shortlisted, you must be available for video interview. You will need to book a timeslot online. It will be in the afternoon on a weekday. You will be invited to book a slot via email.

Should you be successful in your video interview, you will be invited to attend a formal interview at our Beaconsfield office. We will organise a time with individual candidates once successful.
