DNA Health Group is on the look out for a friendly, positive and highly organised receptionist / administrative assistant to join our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists. We are passionate about inspiring healthy lifestyle change, and our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We deliver high quality, client centred Exercise Physiology and Clinical Pilates services, and have a beautiful, modern and spacious clinic.

As our newest team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the smiling face that welcomes our clients into the clinic
  • Managing new client bookings and their client experience
  • Answering and returning phone calls 
  • Scheduling appointments using our online practice management software
  • Processing payments and completing a daily bank report
  • Reconciling and processing compensable invoices 
  • Scanning and electronically filing documents
  • Updating and managing clinic spreadsheets and reports
  • Product / supplies inventory and ordering
  • Liaising with our team members, as well as other health and medical practitioners
  • Other tasks as required in the support of our practitioners and the day to day running of the clinic

It is highly desirable if you:

  • Have prior experience as a medical / allied health receptionist
  • Have experience in using Cliniko

We are offering a permanent casual/part time position of approximately 20 - 25 hours per week (with the potential for further growth) during our normal hours of operation:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7.30am - 7.30pm
  • Friday: 7.30am - 3.30pm

This position is available for immediate start, and we will provide on the job training for the successful candidate.
