Medical Receptionist

Doctors at Northgate is a brand new clinic with experienced owners who share a vision that excellent healthcare should be affordable and that all patients are treated with respect.
The goal for the reception team is to ensure exceptional customer service and being part of the team with the desire to grow. The successful candidate will need to have experience of using Best Practice patient management software and have the autonomy to work on their own.
The following desirable characteristics will also be assessed at interview:
* Knowledge of working as a Medical Receptionist
* Knowledge of the practical application of specific patient management systems.
* Communication skills
* Experience in Best Practice patient management software.
* Working in a team
* Knowledge of quality management and the RACGP standards.
* Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality.
