mecwacare Park Hill is a 69-bed residential facility located in Mornington. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our residential service team at mecwacare.
 
The Clinical Manager will provide clinical leadership and work collaboratively with the Facility Manager and key relevant people, residents and families to oversee and guide effective resident focused services.
 
This position will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the clinical care of residents at Park Hill.
 
To be successful within this position you will possess:

• Relevant clinical management experience in an aged care
• Advanced clinical skills including current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to act as a mentor providing guidance to Registered and Enrolled nurses in all aspects of clinical care
• Proven ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act and its principles, Accreditation Standards and ACFI documentation requirements
• Mature outlook with the ability to relate with older people
• Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters
