Do you have experience working in medical reception?

Our busy practice at Gordon is continuing to grow and we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team on a part time basis (3-4 days per week).

About us:

PRP Diagnostic Imaging offers comprehensive Radiology, Cardiology and Nuclear Medicine services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Mammogram, OPG and Bone Mineral Density.

With a network of more than 30 practices across Sydney, Central Coast, the Hunter and Central West, you'll have access to the most advanced technology and work in a team of world-class radiologists/nuclear medicine physicians in a safe and caring environment.

About the role:

• Greeting patients, informing them about diagnostic procedures and answering enquiries
• Booking appointments and billing
• Providing professional and courteous communication to patients and medical professionals
• PRP offers flexible working arrangements and a variety of shifts are available

Requirements:

• Medical Terminology and Medical Reception experience
• Demonstrated ability to give exceptional patient care
• Must be patient, considerate and empathetic
• Hard working, reliable, organised with a can do attitude

Desirable:

• Medical Imaging Experience
• Knowledge of COMRAD
