Sustain Healthcare Recruitment are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a  Nurse Unit Manager for a multipurpose site, you will need experience in ED/ Aged Care and Acute Care.

This role will offer you the opportunity to join a modern MPS facility which allows you to work with a friendly, cohesive team who focus on Aged care, ED and Acute. 

The Role: 

• Interview ASAP
• Ideally you will be seeking a permanent position, however we can consider candidate who are looking for contracts roles
• You will be working across the three areas of the MPS, aged care, ED and acute.  
• You will be able to build rapport/ relationships with your team and clients  and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Innovative and forward-thinking company focused on outcomes, innovation, collaboration and compassion 
• 22 bed facility

The Benefits:

• Work for a well-established and respected health service
• Salary paying between $115,000 - $120,000
• Free accommodation and travel allowance

About You:

• You will be passionate and motivated  
• You will be a registered nurse 
• Candidate who have strong clinical knowledge and skills would be highly suitable this role  
• A leadership qualification is desirable- must have past site management experience 
• Candidates with strong leadership and management skills are encourage to apply
• Have the ability manage your client case load effectively and efficiently 
• Be happy to undertake a full Police Clearance certification and or WWCC 
• You may need to hold a current, valid Driver's License (role and location dependant)
• Have the right to live and work in Australia for the duration of your contract
