Helping Heroes Rehabilitation Service is a privately owned national organisation that provides Rehabilitation, Assessment and Advisory Services to our veteran community. Helping Heroes is a young dynamic organisation, where you are treated as a professional and trusted to deliver high quality, proactive and client focussed services.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now seeking a suitably qualified Rehabilitation professional to join our Victorian team based in Canterbury. The position is offered as full time for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering rehabilitation services within a Workers Compensation or Comcare environment, preferably some experience with managing complex injuries or with DVA. You will work with a variety of medically discharged veterans with physical and psychological injuries, responsible for delivering a combination of cost effective and results driven, medical management, psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation plans that support the civilian transition for our clients and their families.
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum Affiliate membership with ASORC or Full membership with AHPRA or ESSA
- Ability to gain a Comcare provider number
