Senior Speech Pathologist: Aged Care: NFP: Adelaide

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join a progressive not-for-profit organisation in a management position within Aged Care. You will oversees, support and develop the team as well as deliver services to clients within the community and in the residential Aged Care homes across Adelaide. 

In this role, you will provide evidence based Speech Pathology services to clients in an individualised plan to ensure clients are reaching their goals. 

To be successful in this role:

• Experience providing speech pathology services to adult clients in aged care, acute or rehabilitative settings
• Experience managing a small team 
• Experience in assessing and evaluating functional needs of clients and providing group and individual speech pathology services.
• Ability to initiate and maintain effective working relationships at any level within a large-scale organisation
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills
• Clear ability to think creatively about the delivery of community-based program
• A working knowledge of local community services and networks
