We are seeking a passionate Pharmacy Assistant / Vitamins Consultant with exceptional customer service skills and vitamin knowledge to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart Caloundra Stockland.

What does a Pharmacy Assistant / Vitamins Consultant do?

You will be responsible for sales, top level customer service and providing advice within the vitamins area of our pharmacy. At TerryWhite Chemmart, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of service in all aspects of our pharmacies, and our team members act as shining examples of this philosophy.

What’s required to be a Pharmacy Assistant / Vitamins Consultant?

Our ideal applicant will have an excellent knowledge of vitamins and nutritional products, ideally with previous experience in retail vitamin sales. You will be self motivated, proactive and sales driven whilst ensuring our valued customers receive professional advice and health solutions to maintain optimum health.

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job

Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Maintain the presentation of the vitamins area and other areas of the pharmacy as required
• Process sales through the till
• Greet customers and proactively ask them if they need assistance
• Promote our in-store TerryWhite Chemmart Health Services offering and have a keen focus on our Natural Health and Weight Management department
• Always work within QCPP standards and follow all Health and Safety legislation
