Kids Plus Foundation is an independent not-for-profit organisation who provide family centred, individualised therapy program for babies, children and young adults with a range of developmental disabilities and neuromotor issues.
The Kids Plus allied health team consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, supported by a small management and administration team.
Kids Plus Foundation is seeking an experienced and energetic Social Worker, preferably with counselling experience, to provide support and guidance to families involved in the Kids Plus therapy program. The Social Worker will work with a select number of families for time limited periods to identify and deliver support mechanisms and referral pathways.
This exciting position will also play a pivotal role in the in the ongoing expansion of Kids Plus.
