About us:
NSW Regional Health Partners (NSWRHP) is a consortia of eight strategically aligned health service, research and tertiary education partners. NSWRHP is one of nine national consortia that form the Australian Health Research Alliance (AHRA), charged with implementing changes in health service delivery and population health to ensure better health outcomes for all Australians. The AHRA centres have established a collaborative approach to address national initiatives to improve the translation of current evidence into healthcare practices and policies.
 
About you:
We are seeking an experienced Project Officer, adept at stakeholder management and confident in their ability to work autonomously to coordinate, manage and influence in order to achieve objectives. What you'll be doing:
Coordinate and support the activities of the Healthy Weight Strategy working party for NSWRHP, as described in the working party?s Terms of Reference. Provide operational management for the Healthy Weight Strategy Working Party and supports the Co-Chairs of Healthy Weight Strategy Working Party for NSW Regional Health Partners with delivering materials and reports related to the project objectives.
 

To be eligible for employment in these roles you must be one of the following:

 

• an Australian Citizen, or
• a permanent resident of Australia, or
• a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or
• a citizen of another country with an appropriate visa that allows you to work in Australia

 

You can only be offered employment in this role for the duration that your current visa allows you to work in Australia, and you can only be offered ongoing employment if you have a permanent visa that allows you to work in Australia.

 

Job share arrangements and part time hours will be considered.

 

An eligibility list will be created for future similar vacancies, both permanent and temporary.
