Our client, a major provider of Assessment Services across Australia, is seeking the services of a Client Services Team Leader. This multi-national organisation provides assessments in areas that enable older Australians to remain living in their own homes, that enable people with disabilities to commence and maintain employment and they also provide pre-employment screening.

The Role
As a Client Services Team Leader within the Service Centre you will be responsible for ensuring that KPI’s are met and exceeded, coordinating the team of Client Service Officers, providing coaching and professional development to team members and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader preferably with a strong contact centre background. A commitment to continuous innovation and development is a must along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork. A desire to better the lives of others through excellent customer service and familiarity with aged care, disability or health services would be highly regarded but not essential. The successful candidate must clear a Criminal History Check on request and be eligible to work in Australia.

Benefits
