The Role
As an experienced public health professional, you will bring your passion for health and local networks to this collaborative role. Reporting to the local Health Director, you will be responsible for broadening our engagement within primary health care and the tertiary health care sectors, build capacity and strengthen referral pathways in the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease.
You will bring a demonstrated knowledge of NT health policy and an understanding of community heart health needs. Your stakeholder management skills will ensure you can work collaboratively and effectively with the local team and with external partners to achieve our heart health objectives. Excellent written communication and presentation skills will also be key to your success. The position will also make a contribution to the broader agenda and activities for cardiovascular health within the Northern Territory.
