Join a leading Not-for-Profit organisation as their Clinical Care Manager in a medium sized residential facility. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to Develop and support this modern, redesigned aged care facility. The role:

• Promote the service within the community, maintaining partnerships 
• Managing ACFI requirements to ensure effective compliance, assessment and documentation to achieve the best funding outcomes
• Support the FM including stepping up when needed to act as FM
• Act as a mentor providing guidance to Registered and Enrolled nurses in all aspects of clinical care
• Ensure the service meets the quality standards
• Most importantly, support, manage and develop care and facility staff to achieve best outcomes and standards

Criteria to join the team:

• Current AHPRA registration 
• Understand aged care legislation, ACFI and the accreditation process
• Strong business insight & sense of diplomacy
• Tertiary qualifications or working towards.
