Established in 2006, headspace is a well-recognised, national not-for-profit organisation making a difference to the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. headspace enables young people and their families to access information and support through a national network of centres and services, and drives community awareness and education about youth mental health, early intervention and help seeking.

An exciting new role exists for an engaging and energetic senior manager to apply a commercial lens to the development and management of strategic and operational needs of the eheadspace Program. eheadspace is a dynamic and innovative service which provides nationwide clinical mental health support online and via telephone from multidisciplinary team of qualified mental health professionals, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

Working collaboratively with the eheadspace Clinical Services Manager and under the direction of the Head of eheadspace, you will implement initiatives to drive business agility and sustainability to ensure ongoing excellence in the delivery of quality services for young people and their families. You will contribute to the successful achievement of contract deliverables and work across service integration, workforce modelling, digital solutions, partnerships, and financial and project management.

Drawing on your high level of experience in the operational management of health services and as part of the eheadspace leadership group, you will drive a team approach to the achievement of service enhancements, ensuring that the program is commercially sound and eheadspace remains a leader in the teleweb sector. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of the commercial requirements for high quality service delivery, along with a proven track record in project leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated and strategic manager, with the capacity to negotiate successful outcomes in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
