The Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time, Lifestyle Coordinator to join the WA team in our Como facility. You will be provided with a well-structured, on-boarding plan to set you up for success.
As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you have a vital role to play in delivering the lifestyle programs and ensuring that all residents are able to participate.
As the Lifestyle Coordinator, your role will include:
- Carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
- Active participation in the delivery of activities
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of programs, reflecting any changes to residents status
- Liaise with residents and their families
Your Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
- Outstanding computer literacy
