We are seeking an experienced APS5 or 6 Project Officer to assist with the co-ordination of a large project commencing ASAP.
Our client is undertaking an important project which requires an experienced Project Officer to support a busy project team. Tasks will involve assisting with procurement, contract management, tracking project expenditure against budget and planning and coordination to ensure the project is carried out seamlessly.
We are seeking a suitable applicant that brings the following skills and experience:
including:
- assisting with tender evaluation and selection processes;
- preparation of evaluation reports for delegate approval;
- preparation of briefs and submissions to senior officers;
- contract administration;
- attending project meetings and producing formal records of discussions; and
- providing financial reporting and administrative support to the Section.
To be eligible for the role you must have worked as an APS5 or 6 and hold a current baseline clearance. To be successful in the role you must be an inclusive team player to takes their work seriously and adds value with excellent written skills and attention to detail.
