• 1 month contract with possibility of extension
• Current Employment Suitability Clearance - essential

An unrivalled opportunity to join a high performing team, responsible for financial forecasting, budgets and governance arrangements within relevant legislative and financial management frameworks.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with budget variations and costings including NPP’s
• Overseeing invoice verifications and approvals
• Cashflow forecasts and expenditure and revision of budgets
• Overseeing accruals and journals
• Understanding and working within the Government project management framework
• High level auditing of contractual arrangements and service delivery
• Provision of timely and accurate financial information and advice to clients and stakeholders

Your background:

• Minimum baseline security clearance – essential
• Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC required)
• Demonstrated financial experience in an APS context
• High level writing skills including the provision of advice & reporting to management and SES
• High level interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships quickly
