We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Manager to support a project based in Adelaide.
Responsibilities:
- The management and coordination of ILS (spares, training, training equipment, publications, support and test equipment) acquisition activities;
- Support system specification development reviews;
- ILS risk management;
- Oversight and surveillance of ILS and configuration management activities; ILS and Configuration Management Plans;
- Interface with contractors and stakeholders;
- Lead ILS reviews and recommendations, review of ILS documentation and deliverables; lead ILS verification and validation activities;
- Lead ILS certification activities;
- ILS investigations
Applicants must have experience in the following:
- Acquisition and Sustainment Logistics
- ILS support within an SPO
- Manage Engineering change documentation including:
- Request for Problem Resolution, briefs, statements of work.
- Project plans, situation reports, correspondence with internal/external stakeholders.
- Drafting of technical reports and plans.
- Drafting and managing Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) ILS aspects.
Applicants MUST be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain a minimum Australian Government Security Clearance of NV1.
