Court Services Victoria needs two proactive and motivated Senior Project Managers to work in the Major Projects division of Jurisdiction Services to lead the work in the Business Case Planning Phase of the Bendigo and Werribee Law Courts Projects.
Business Cases for new Bendigo and Werribee Law Courts were developed and submitted to the Government in 2018. Funding for land acquisition was subsequently provided for this purpose in the 2018 State Budget. A number of issues need to be addressed and further considered in relation to service planning, infrastructure, governance and implementation readiness. The Business Cases need to be addressed to respond to these matters.
Initially employed until 30 June 2019, should project delivery funding be provided during the 2018/2019 financial year, this role will be redefined to align with the implementation delivery phase.
We are seeking someone with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse and complex senior stakeholders, facilitating dialogue on critical and complex issues and managing community engagement processes. You will also have demonstrated experience in project management, strategic planning and the management of large portfolio of government and/or commercial assets.
