The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a PMO Resource Coordinator to play a key role in providing operational advice and support services to the Project Management Office (PMO) by managing and coordinating resourcing and on-boarding activities for all PMO managers.

 

Reporting to the Principal Manager, Resource Management,the role will contribute to resource planning activities, resource allocation processes and capability development initiatives.

 

The PMO Resource Coordinator will coordinate all PMO resourcing events and and report on on-boarding activities for PMO resources, tracking compliance with TfNSW /I&S requirements.

PMO is responsible for the management of consistent deployment of project management and commercial support across I&S to enable the end-to-end development, service performance reporting, divisional governance and management, safety design, build and operation of transport infrastructure and services and to drive a ‘safety aware’ culture.

TfNSW Grade 7: $96,542 - $108,127 base + superannuation and leave loading

  • 4 weeks annual leave with annual leave loading
