Design & Build are currently inviting applications for the role of Change Lead to join a Council located in Melbourne's outer east for a five-month temporary contract with the potential to extend.

As the successful candidate, you will assist the Transformation Manager in the delivery of change activities and interventions across a range of new technology projects. This includes playing a key role in supporting and coaching senior leaders, managers and supervisors as they lead their teams through these transitions. Additionally, you will support the Digital and ICT project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a change management specialist (or in a similar role) with the ability to work across multiple concurrent complex projects, from conception to implementation and realisation of the business change
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle – both waterfall and agile
• Change management certification or designation desired
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in a Local Government environment highly desirable
• If successful, a police check will be required
