This role is based in Newcastle working for NSW Government. 


The Role 

The Client Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for delivering high quality, consistent and timely services that are consistent with this departments customer experience statement. The CSO will be expected to handle client transactions and have a strong ability to work independently.

-be an active role model for NSW Government 
-provide integrated client services bu working closely with other departments

You 

To be successful in this role you must be able to work independently within a team environment and take responsibility for you work load, prioritising demands of the role to generate the best outcome. 

A background in community or disability services would be an advantage along with an understanding of what is provided by NSW Trustee and Guardian
