Looking for a experienced Chief Staff Officer to work with a CEO of a leading disability service provider
Your new company
A highly regarded disability services and support provider is seeking a proactive, forward thinking and dynamic Chief of Staff to support their CEO on a full time basis.
Your new role
As Chief of Staff you will directly support the CEO in the day to day running of the organisation. Getting involved in the operational aspects of the business, your key duties will include; extensive diary management and accountability of time frames, ability to communicate on behalf of CEO, organisation of travel, coordination of meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing marketing materials, researching projects and clients, compiling of weekly reports, formatting documentation, handling of general correspondence and ad hoc administration support. Your goal in this role is to free the CEO of Administrative tasks to facilitate them to grow the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Chief of Staff supporting at senior level is required for this role along with:
- Professional presentation style
- Proven stakeholder management experience and strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills and proven experience to take initiative
