About the Position

The Support Officer will be responsible for tasks relating to the maintenance and administration of the ABCC’s case management database, including managing user accounts and related access permissions, testing and implementing level 1 and 2 database changes and ensuring system documentation is maintained accurately. The successful applicant will also provide technical support to users and perform quality assurance and reporting tasks.

Critical to the success of this role is the ability to problem solve, establish relationships with stakeholders and communicate with a variety of staff at all levels.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Well-developed organisational and prioritisation skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Well-developed problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and database systems.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience creating reports for a variety of audiences.
