We currently have an exciting opportunity for two experienced HR practitioners who are looking to get involved in a little bit of everything. In this role, you will discuss workforce matters with senior leaders, investigate solutions, contribute to the development of HR strategies, assist with recruitment initiatives and liaise with a range of people about operational HR matters, including employee relations.
The Human Resource Consultant role provides a proactive and effective human resources consultancy and advisory service to managers and employees. The consultant effectively partners with managers and leaders providing timely guidance, coaching and direction across a wide range of human resources matters. They also develop and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
As a key team member, you will continuously build on your existing HR skills and knowledge and make a difference to our people. In this role, you will work within a close knit, passionate, hardworking team. Your expertise and contribution will be valued as we continue to perfect and develop our practices.

Currently there is one (1) permanent and one (1) 12 month fixed term appointment available with the possibility of further extension(s) and/or permanency. Whilst this selection process will initially be used to appoint to these advertised vacancies, it may also be used to appoint to similar full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term positions that may arise within the next twelve (12) months. Any subsequent appointments may also have the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
