Salary: AUD 104,985 per annum plus Superannuation (Remuneration stated is for the full-time position)

The Performance Reporting Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders to assist in delivering reporting on the performance of the division, property portfolios and capital works program. This includes KPI measurements, budgeting, forecasting, monthly accounting/reporting and analytics on performance in various phases of the project management and property lifecycle.
The role will also:
- Support the divisional strategic and operational planning process through the provision of budgets, forecasts and performance measurement instruments;
- Engage with Managers and key stakeholders to maintain performance metrics and identify opportunities for performance improvement; and
- Support in developing lead indicators and across-function performance measures that assist in identifying issues and trends to prevent problems before they occur.
The Performance Reporting Analyst will hold CPA/CA qualification or part qualified and have management accounting experience including budgeting and forecasting in either public or private sector. They will have proven stakeholder management experience and a desire to continuously improve business processes.
