About you
Reporting to the Manager – Organisational Development, you will enjoy working on multiple projects in a fast paced environment, designing and implementing interactive learning solutions for employees. The key element of this role is the planning, development, deployment and ongoing administration of eLearning modules within the business.
Responsibilities
- Working with business subject matter experts to deliver eLearning solutions
- Produce storyboards and design effective interactive learning activities
- Create online learning content that meets the stated learning needs
- Coordinate the development, testing, deployment, and evaluation, as well as ongoing maintenance of online resources on the LMS, including issues resolution
- Create learning materials to support face-to-face training (session plans, facilitator guides, participant guides)
- An understanding of learning methodologies such as “ADDIE” and 70/20/10
- High level interpersonal & communication (verbal and written) skills
- Sound knowledge and experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge into learning experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Essential requirements
- Strong experience using Storyline to develop eLearning
- Experience using LMS (Cornerstone) to upload and manage files
- Tertiary qualifications in Adult Education, Instructional Design or a related discipline
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple training design and development projects in a high volume work environment to deliver quality outcomes, on time and within budget
Your remuneration
SNSW Grade 7/8 - The package includes base salary range of ($88,450 - $104,281), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
