Administration roles available for a State and Federal services department in Newcastle to provide support to the public
Client Details
Currently the Adecco Group has been engaged by a Federal Government services department to find administrator's and customer services officers for the local offices on the Newcastle. The role is to provide customer service and administrative support to particular departments within the Federal Government. Duties will include (but will not be limited to) general administration support, supplier management, accounts payable, ad hoc reporting duties, customer service, reception and other general duties. Excellent communication skills is a must with these challenging roles.
Description
We have a new opportunity for a professional customer service and administrative employees to work in the public sector providing a high level of administrative support to other staff members and customer service for an organisation that provides and co-ordinates the provision of support services for vulnerable members of the community.
Profile
As an ideal candidate you will likely possess most if not all of the following skills:
- Strong administrative experience including accounts payable
- Previous customer interaction from customer or public service background
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to relate to people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Previous experience with CRMs and other database type systems
