Our client, a large Government Department based in south of Canberra responsible for the welfare of Australians, is seeking the services of an experienced User Researcher/ Performance Analyst to work within a Digital Branch. You will be part of a large team responsible for researching, advising and enhancing user experience as well as support the design principles including safety orientation, cultural sensitivity and consumer choice
 
The services include but are not limited to following deliverables:
 

• Application of user-centred co-design principles to create a helpful positive experience
• Delivering designs that meet the agreed design principles such as, support for consumer choice, meets community expectations for cultural sensitivity and creating an enhance look-and-feel
• Relationship management with the business owner, delivery partners and key stakeholders, including service providers and end-users.
• Support implementation of the communications strategy, including advertising briefs, scheduling and reviewing social media and liaison with new websites to increase backlinks.

To be successful you will need:

• Ability to lead or facilitate co-design 
• Understand the factors that enhance user experience and increase end-user satisfaction and service usage
• Using creative design to enhance the appeal of the services
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to contribute to strategic thinking

 
A current security clearance is desirable.
