About the business
MARS Recruitment are working with a reputable Insurance organisation in Sydney's CBD. The organisation is a leading company in the insurance industry and there are a number of projects ongoing currently which are underway to grow the business in 2018 and beyond.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Administration Professional to support one of the key project teams whose function is to provide Technology Services to the rest of the wider organisation. Reporting into the Program Manager they will be expected to provide a range of administrative services to ensure effective support is given to the teams to facilitate their work:
- administering projects and addressing ongoing issues
- contributing to discussion regarding project process against plans
- Coordinate activities in line with the project objectives
- Escalate urgent project issues
