As the Senior Executive within the Infrastructure Services Directorate, you oversee a broad scoping portfolio including Engineering, Water and Wastewater, Open Spaces, Community Buildings, Fleet and Construction. Your strategic focus will be on the development of highly influential frameworks including Budget, Capital Works Program and all policies associated with Water, Wastewater, Transport and Roads. From an operational management perspective, you will guide and manage all Water and Wastewater facilities as well as recycled and raw water. You will also be responsible for maintaining financial sustainability across the Directorate.
As a proven and highly experienced Senior Manager, you have an innate ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams working within complex, stakeholder driven organisations. A creative and lateral thinker, you can quickly adapt to meet changing demands and flexible dynamics while never losing sight of the main objective. You have a strong hands-on working knowledge of Local Government processes and legislation including contemporary economic development practices and strategic advocacy principles.
