About the Role
- The Principal Project Manager (Built Form) position will be responsible for delivering extensive built form projects/programs in accordance with departmental and corporate goals.

- The mandatory qualifications and experience listed in the "Success Criteria" of the Position Description.
- Leadership/Management Skills - Including leading a small operational team, as well as leading project teams comprising stakeholders from a variety of business units.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Including delivering presentations at various levels and drafting high quality technical reports.
- Outcome and Result Focused - Undertaking the control and coordination of an extensive project/program of work using a Project Management Framework.
