We are looking for an experienced candidate with local traffic/roads planning exposure to undertake an initial six month contract with local State Government entity.
Based in Perth and reporting to the Planning Manager this role will require the following:
- Planning, specifically the Planning Development Act (statutory planning process)
- Road Planning Systems and Concepts
- Knowledge of the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP)
- Liaison with stake holders
Desirable experience:
- TRIM software
- Experience in State Administration Tribunal procedures and JDAP deputations
- The development referral process regarding complex development applications
- Understanding of engineering drawings and traffic analysis and in word processing documents
