McCain Ballarat are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join the Plant Leadership team in the role of Maintenance Manager within the Potato Products Plant.

About the role

This role reports directly to the Plant Manager, leading a technically strong maintenance team and will be responsible for the short to medium term strategic direction and accountable for the daily operation of the Ballarat Potato Products Maintenance function.  The Plant is currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar upgrade and expansion and is an exciting opportunity to join a global FMCG company in a leadership role.  The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and sustaining defined maintenance programmes, and driving a safety first culture across the site. 

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate behaviours that are aligned to our Core Competencies around driving results, engagement, and customer focus, with a collaborative, resilient and courageous approach.  

To be successful in this role you will also need to be able to demonstrate experience in our technical competencies derived from our Manufacturing Success Frameworks, which incorporate Safety, Quality Management, Production & Process, Cost Management, Business Acumen, Lean Manufacturing, Managing People and Compliance.
