The opportunity
This role offers an excellent prospect for a hands-on project manager, who processes a systematic and practical approach to Mechanical HVAC project management to join an exciting, innovative and market leading engineering team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate day to day engineering of all Mechanical HVAC projects ensuring best possible cost and energy efficient systems
- Project delivery development of Mechanical HVAC & Control systems, and their subsequent application
- Ensure compliance & regulations standards are meet
- Proactively manage changes in project scopeensuring design outcomes are achieved
- Oversee project handover process of new & refurbished supermarkets
- Nurture internal and external key business relationships
To be considered for this role you will have / be:
- Trade or Diploma Qualifications in Mechanical HVAC stream with proven relevant technical experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial/retail Mechanical HVAC system installation, commissioning and specification, particularly in supermarkets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in refrigeration well regarded
