Your new role
The Constructions Project Managers is responsible for the delivery of projects to approved time,
quality and budget to meet the needs of business stakeholders. They may manage, review and/or report on the
progress of project schedules, milestones and budgets. They provide project management disciplines to project
teams and manage stakeholder requirements as part of a change management framework

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in the Construction/ Civil industry, you will of managed projects working closely with the client to delivery end results.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary groups of employees, contractors and consultants (includes suppliers, trade contracts and technical specialists)
• Experience in the preparation of project/program documentation, tender documents and management of contracts
• This role is 80% site based, 20% office
• Proficiency in the use of computer software packages, including project management software (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, Primavera)
