You will join the Property Advisory team based in Sydney and will have the opportunity to provide input into major city shaping, urban renewal and development projects at local, regional and national scales. The team’s key focus is the forward planning of key city districts and precincts which enable a project to progress from idea to implementation – works include feasibility studies, due diligence studies, master planning and strategic property development advice. These works become the backbone which enable future developments to succeed. You will assist the team in coordinating the multidisciplinary input which underpins these studies and will work alongside many other local and global teams, all the while growing your knowledge and experience in the breadth of areas which support urban renewal and development projects.

Your Responsibilities will include:
 

• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary project activities;
• Promote and contribute to thought leadership;
• Support and promote diversity in the work place;

• Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.;
• Coordinate and assist with the preparation of tenders and proposals; and
• Assist with projects as needs emerge.

• Up to two years’ relevant experience;
• The ambition and drive to make a positive contribution to the community within which you live;
• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction or Project Management or related discipline;
• A good understanding of project management;
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to coordinate others;
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills;

• Multitasking and prioritisation skills;
• Attention to detail and quality;
• An excellent approach to customer service/clients;
