Your New Company is a well regarded consultancy based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. They have a long history of success, working on a broad range of Residential, Commercial and some Infrastructure projects. Projects can be based anywhere in the country but they have a vey strong local presence on Sydney's north side.
Your New Position offers you a good mix of autonomy and support. You will be given the opportunity to manage your own projects however you will have a strong, close knit team available to support you. The environment is very inclusive and gives staff members flexibility to learn and grow at their own pace. Different to some of the corporate players in the market you will be able to enjoy the complete project cycle and have ownership of your work. The company offers the full gambit of Geotechnical Services and as a result you will enjoy diversity in your work.
Who You Are. You are a qualified and experienced Geotechnical Engineer with the competence and confidence to autonomously manage your own projects. You will have excellent communications skills both verbal as well as very sound report writing ability. You are confident enough to liaise directly with clients and all relevant contractors of regulatory authorities. You can have experience in a small to medium sized consultancy or a bigger player buy have the desire for more autonomy.
Most importantly is your desire to take proactive control and ownership of your projects and career.
