ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to ongoing growth and expansion we have a newly created role for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our rapidly growing Australian operation. This role assist our Construction Department with the development of new technical building services including planning, vendor management, and implementation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Development of new technical building services/technology concepts
- Initiation and support of new construction and modernisation measures
- Ensure adoption and adherence to international guidelines
- Evaluation of concepts including profitability and quality
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical and economic specifications
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years' experience in similar role;
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or related discipline;
- Existing industry network and contacts to get the job done;
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings;
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously
