This role would be responsible for the technical input, design, project management, supervision and delivery of a range of infrastructure projects. You will be a key representative liaising, and growing relationships with clients including local government and private clients.
Reporting to the Technical Director, you would be responsible for:
- Producing detailed designs and documentation for the implementation of small to large sized multi-disciplinary engineering projects
- Preparation of calculations required for the design of engineering projects
- Assisting in the analysis of technical information
- Undertaking site inspections and associated reporting, liaison with clients, sub-consultants and contractors
- Preparation of specifications, proposals and other tender documentation
- Delivering projects to agreed programs and budgets
- Preparing proposals and EOIs
- Financial management of small to medium projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant University Degree in engineering or similar.
- 8+ years industry experience, preferably working within a consulting environment.
- Registered as CPEng and RPEQ or working towards.
- Knowledge in the use of structural analysis software
