The Company
Civils contractor with a strong reputation require a leading hand / civil site supervisor for a industrial warehouse project in West Sydney
You will have full support working within this team environment. This is an excellent opportunity with an immediate start.
Duties
- Coordinating building materials and plant on site
- Supervision of all sub contractors
- Maintaining best practices in health, safety and environment
- Regular progress meetings with management
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and on schedule
Experience
Ideally the successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years as a leading hand on civil projects
- Advanced knowledge of drainage and earthworks preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Be able to build a maintain strong relationships with clients and sub contractors
