This role is worthy of the title 'Pinnacle Career Role'. This could be your golden egg. Likewise, you could also progress further, into managerial roles, team lead roles or client side work potentially. It's a sought after position, with the consultancy looking for local consultancy expertise. Critical is an awareness of who is who in the niche land development sector in Victoria. 

The opportunity
Day to day, you'll have a multitude of land development projects to run, project teams to manage and time frames to juggle. You'll spend time both in and out of the office and have full autonomy to run your time accordingly as you need. The average plot is between 30 and 3000 lots. They require a certain level of expertise to look after them with due diligence and to ensure they run on time and to budget. 

What does your background look like?
You'll have a Civil Engineering degree, more than 10 years' local land development experience and a thirst for the local industry. You'll enjoy networking events and building project teams. An awareness of relevant software capabilities would be super but of course you won't be using 12D and CAD on a regular basis yourself. 

The reward
On offer is a salary which will surpass your previous take home figure as well as memberships at relevant industry bodies and use of a vehicle. We expect this to be in the vicinity of $125k - $155k per annum.
