Our Brisbane office is looking for a Civil Draftsperson with 3+ years experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Undertake accurate, timely and quality presentation of civil engineering documentation for a range of civil projects which meet the requirements of the company, client and standards
- Preparation of design drawings in AutoCAD as required to meet the requirements of individual design projects
- Design of projects in 12D software as required, and assistance to engineers and designers within the civil engineering team
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities, tendering and tender evaluation as required
- Conduct thorough self-checking of drawings and documentation
- Maintain project files and keep documentation in order
- Work closely within a team environment to deliver a coordinated product
- Mentor and assist junior draftspersons
- Process control and Quality Assurance documentation and coordination of drafting templates, details and standards
- Follow utilisation and promotion of company policies and procedures, Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and company Quality Management System
