About the Role:
The Senior QMI (Quality Measurement Instruments) / Metering Engineer will be the face of Metering expertise within Woodside, and will interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders as the technical expert.
Woodside are looking to engage an experienced QMI / Metering Engineer to join the broader I&C team. The role will have technical responsibility for overseeing custody transfer and quality measurement instruments across operational assets and a number of projects, across the various design and engineering stages.
With a number of new projects in progress, including some involving multiple JV partners sharing common infrastructure, the QMI / Metering role will be a rewarding challenge, and is critical to our long-term growth and success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Overseeing fiscal, environmental, and allocation metering
- Custody transfer
- Quality assurance
- Interfacing with the production allocation team
- Supporting government and regulatory compliance
- Assisting in resolution of mismeasurements
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Degree qualification in Engineering
- Demonstrable relevant experience in Analysis and Metering, ideally with Hydrocarbons
- Oil and gas industry experience would be highly desirable
- Experience mentoring, coaching and developing junior staff
