The Role
Fulton Hogan has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer with a passion for the 'black stuff' to join our team in Surfacing Operations team Hazlemere. Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will be responsible for duties including;
- Lead and support Fulton Hogan safety culture
- Coordinate field operations and overall program of works
- Ensure safety and environment risks are identified and controlled
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the ITP
- Clearly establish performance expectations and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Provide engineering & project management support in a range of surfacing projects
About You
To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience;
- Previous experience in asphalt and spray sealing
- Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar
- Knowledge and experience with financial management, forecasting, procurement and contracts management functions.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
- Flexibility, as some travel to regional WA will be required at times
- The ability to communicate across all levels of the business (crew to client)
